THE SCHOOL OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING WINS THIRD PLACE AT THE 9TH TRADITIONAL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT FOR FACULTY AND STAFF OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN 2026

    This year's tournament brought together teams from the University of Economic and Technical Industries (UNETI), the School of Mechanical Engineering – Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation – Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), the Military Technical Academy (MTA), the University of Transport and Communications (UTC), Hung Yen University of Technology and Education (UTEHY), Thai Nguyen University of Technology (TNUT), and Electric Power University (EPU).

   Far more than just a sporting event, this traditional football tournament for faculty and staff has evolved into a meaningful gathering and exchange for lecturers and staff working in the field of mechanical engineering education. On the pitch, beautiful plays, smooth teamwork, and a spirit of fair play created an exciting atmosphere, deeply imbued with solidarity and friendship.

   Through this sporting activity, educators from various training institutions had the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, strengthen connections, and share experiences in training, research, and the development of the mechanical engineering sector. The tournament, therefore, not only contributed to improving the spiritual life and fitness of the faculty and staff but also served as a strong bridge, enhancing cooperative relationships among mechanical engineering training units across the country.

   With a spirit of solidarity, determination, and giving their absolute best, the football team of the School of Mechanical Engineering – Hanoi University of Science and Technology left a lasting and beautiful impression on friends and colleagues. Following highly compelling matches, the School of Mechanical Engineering team secured Third Place overall, reaffirming the sportsmanship, cohesion, and resilience of the school's faculty and staff.
