Title: How to Write a “Quality Paper” good for International Journal Publication
Abstract: There are strong demands to publish research results as international journal papers. However, it is little hard to win acceptance even submit manuscripts. In this talk, practical skill of writing international journal paper will be given. Begin with preparation (things before writing), basic knowledge to write a manuscript is reviewed. Manners and customs as well as beneficial resources in writing manuscript are also given.
Speaker: Takao Onoye is Professor at Dept. Information Systems Engineering, Dean of Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University, Japan. His research topics: 3D Acoustics, Media-centric Signal Processing, Cognitive Wireless Communication System, Systems-on-a-Chip Design, Low-Power Architecture, Reconfigurable Systems. He published more than 200 publications. He is Vice Chair – Technical Activities, IEEE Region 10 (2016-2018), Vice Chair, IEEE Japan Council (2017-2018).
